With activewear being worn as a casual and every day attire becoming increasingly popular it's clear that some of these pieces of gym-wear can be really diverse day to day as they make more appearances throughout magazines, social media and as a result of the trend; high street stores.
Jogging bottoms used to be something that would only be worn to workout in (or chill out in) but now thanks to the likes of a handful of trend setting celebs we have opened out eyes to how these comfy bottoms can be suitable for any occasion if they're styled well.
We've seen celebrities wander around town doing a bit of shopping or grabbing brunch in their jogging bottoms and matching top. So why not take a page from their book and try a velour tracksuit with a pair of cute flats and a tshirt or crop top. For an outfit a little more worthy of brunch slip on some light coloured pointy heels and a bardot top accessorising with a shoulder back and similar accessories to your shoes.
gym and casual clothes
Wearing joggers to the gym is an obvious purpose as with wearing them about the house and to the supermarket. It's the easiest way to wear jogging bottoms, though admittedly the least glamorous.
Thinking about how to get away with wearing jogging bottoms to go out in isn't as frowned upon as it once was because a pair of black velour bottoms with a tie waist can look awesome with your most glitzy heels and a sparkly top. Think gym chic, put your hair in a pony, wear a rose gold choker, metallic heels and a plain white crop or a sequin cami tucked into your joggers. You'll look awesome and it will be the comfiest outfit you ever wear out-out.
