Nail polish perfect for autumn

The autumn season is full to the brim with beautiful colours and we all have our favourites that we love to wear throughout these chilly (and wet) months. It's easy to show our go-to fall shades through clothes, accessories, nail polish or even eyeshadow that we choose to wear. The easiest (and cheapest) way to inject these gorgeous shades is through nail varnish and with a million and one colours and brands to choose from you're guaranteed to find the one.

Khakis, greens, rusts, mustards and deep reds reflect the range of colours we get from trees leaves at this time of year whereas deep purples and blacks are the colours that appear around halloween and stick around for some time.

Some of my favourite nail polishes for this time of year include different coloured glitters that challenge the standard silver and gold. I use a khaki glitter from Models Own and a rusty glitter by Sally Hansen. I also like to use a couple of subtle brown shimmers by OPI and George. Though I mentioned deep reds, these are shades that I have plenty of and prefer to use colour to the Christmas period so maybe i'll show you my go-to red nail polishes another time.
