dorset cereals cakes on a sunday afternoon

23 February 2014

Pyjamas, keeping warm by the fire and baking, that's what sundays are for right? Except i've not been baking your average cake because I pretty much suck at those! Instead I decided to use what I had left of the Dorset Cereals berry granola from my january Degustabox, melt down some Milkybar white chocolate and make these tasty cereal cakes - a grown up version of rice krispie cakes if you like :) The best thing about this recipe is that it's so simple that you can't mess it up, just follow the photographs to make these berry granola white chocolate cakes.

Once spooning the mixture into the cases I popped them into the fridge for a couple of hours and then they were ready to eat! Perfect with a cup of coffee from my Hedwig mug :)

Gotta love late night blogging and snacking, i'm looking forward to my next Degustabox food box delivery now too. Hope you had a lovely weekend :)
