For a number of years varying deep red colours have been on trend throughout the colder seasons and this year appears to be no different than the last. Be it a top-to-toe burgundy outfit, dark red knitted accessories or a simple sparkling wine nail polish it's hard to resist the allure that these rich red colours present. With that in mind, shopping for wine coloured items becomes much easier starting from around this time of year so finding trending pieces in your favourite shades and at good prices isn't as difficult as you might first have thought.

Off the shoulder is definitely up there as a style that seems to be going nowhere fast and you'll find there aren't many complaints about that. The off-shoulder and bardot trend flatters by displaying your collarbone along with the tops of your shoulders that you wouldn't necessarily normally have visible. Some cold shoulder necklines show off your d├ęcolletage allowing for a variety of dainty, choker or statement necklace combinations that you can pair with classic elegant up do's or show off your long pretty locks. Bardot also offers the opportunity to accessorise with extra-long earrings that brush your bare shoulders proving that this diverse style is both beautiful and sexy whether a dress or top so add a classic deep red shade into the mix and you've got an classic beauty of an outfit.

Creeping back into the light, much to the joy of a lot of people, are cable knit polo neck jumpers. Not just jumpers but jumper dresses too - the perfect stylish and warm piece for the cooler weather.

You absolutely can't beat wearing a gorgeous rich red colour, especially around this time of year as the seasons are changing and there's nothing wrong with clinging to your favourite burgundy pieces right the way through until spring!
