christmas movie watch list

Now that we're do close to 'the big day' I believe it's perfectly acceptable to be watching festive movies non-stop so I thought I'd share a few of my favourites. Christmas film are great to watch with all the family or to snuggle up on the sofa and have a giggle at but I always pop one on whilst I'm doing my wrapping, putting the decorations up or writing my Christmas cards too. :)

elf
Because the best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear. Plus  it's one of the most happy, funny and good feeling films around. :)

love actually
I didn't actually love (ha) this movie for a really long time but my mum and sisters do so now it reminds me of Christmas at home and I actually think it's a really love-ly movie. :D

For the scene where he can't find something to wear so he's not going! (this)

the santa clause
For Tim Allen as Santa - I loved him when I was younger, Home Improvement on Disney was one of my favourites.

the muppet christmas carol
I was never a big fan of the muppets but I love this movie at Christmas. You can't go a full festive season without watching at least one version of the tale of Scrooge and this is the one I'm sure to watch every year.

I also love lots of other movies like Miracle on 34th Street, The Holiday, The Polar Express and of course Home Alone - to name a few. :)
