what went on

I feel like the days are blurring into one at the moment. What with getting using to my new job and the routine change I find that I don't want to do much else by the time I get home. I'm slowly getting used to it though so when I do I'm sure that these weekly posts will become a little more interesting.

On Tuesday Shaun and I headed out to see Plan B (a Christmas gift from his parents). The supporting acts were Rudimental and Labrinth who were great, Rudimental were especially awesome and we really enjoyed it. Then Plan B came out and performed some of his older songs, the ones that made him famous and that was great too. It was a nice atmosphere up until the big guns came out .. Something suddenly changed, there were sirens, way more swearing and what I can only describe as hardcore rap (is that even a thing ?) - it was pretty intense. I can safely say that I'm not into Plan B's new music and so we left. I highly recommend going to see Rudimental if you ever get the chance though :)

This week I have mostly been listening to Example - Close Enemies, Kid Cudi - Erase Me and Rudimental - Not Giving In. I've also been watching lots of Numbers at lunch via Netflix. Saturday was spent designing during a disney film marathon. I watched Paranorman, Brave, Toy Story 1, 2 and 3, 101 Dalmatians and The Lion King before the tv was hijacked by the boyfriend to play Skyrim (doh!) Yeah because being 'dragon born' is cooler than disney -_-

  2. Plan B's music has changed quite a lot..it seems he went a little mainstream to get popularity. Milo is just too adorable and is so big now! You know how I feel about Disney...I will always approve of a Disney marathon ;) xx

    1. Yeah that's exactly what we were saying, it's good that he's doing what he loves and is good for him but it definitely wasn't good for us :P lol xx
