Joe Browns is one of those brands where I have browsed the site a number of times but never got around to purchasing. So when I was offered an item to try I thought it would be a great opportunity to experience the brand and get a fees for the quality and so on. I have to say it did take me quite a while to choose an item! And not because I was spoilt for choice, the site is quite limited compared to what i'm used to browsing lately (Fantasy Shopper has an insane amount of stock i'm constantly looking through!) but I struggled because it wasn't my usual style. I'm not big on lots of prints (unless it's aztec), frills and things like that and Joe Browns currently has a lot of that in. I also wanted to choose something I could layer now but wear during the summer as well so rather than going for these knee length denim shorts I chose this halter wrap around waterfall top! It has a lot going on for one top so i'm glad it's not a ditsy print of sorts as well, the pulled through metallic threads are enough for me :)

I loveee the way the halter neck fits! It makes me think that maybe i need more in my life.. or maybe it's just this top? I hate stretchy halter tops and have never got along with them so i'm so glad this one isn't a stretch material. I know it's going to be fab for those summer evenings, bbq parties and strolls along the beach as it's what I would call a medium weight cotton. Not too heavy at all but not super light and flimsy either. Joe Browns is definitely good quality! Which was what I wanted to find out so i'm happy about that! I'll probably wear it over my boohoo coral tank top maxi or with coloured shorts and flip flops. What would you wear it with if at all?
